A cooling drink for the hot summer months.
Cooking Time: 0-5 minutes
Servings: 4
 Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

Rose syrup6 teaspoons
Tender coconut water,chilled1 cup
Fresh mint leaves12-15
Lemons,cut into small cubes2
Saltto taste
Tender coconut flesh (malai)for garnish
Drinking sodaas required
Method
Combine mint leaves, lemon cubes and a little coconut water in a Boston shaker. Muddle all the ingredients with a muddler. Add rose syrup and remaining coconut water, cover and shake well.

Rim individual glasses with salt and pour the prepared drink into them. Cut coconut flesh into triangles, make a little slit on one side and fix one triangle on the rim of each glass. Top the drink with soda and serve chilled.
