Punjabi mutton curry

                                        Punjabi mutton curry 
ingredients 

mutton    1/2 kg
 onion`     6
ginger garlic paste  2 table spoon
 red chili      4 peice
red chili powder  2 table spoon
turmeric powder   1 table spoon
coriander powder   1 table spoon
meat masala         2 table spoon \
green cardamom    2
black cardamom   2
clove             6
bey leave     4
tomato    1
 curd       2 table spoon
black pepper  1 tea spoon
ghee       6 table spoon
salt      according to the taste
  how to cock 

step 1 . finally clean mutton with the water .

step 2. to marinate mutton ..take a bowl put the mutton in the bowl add turmeric powder ,red chili powder .1 table spoon ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon meat masala ,salt and mix it well,add curd and mix it again . and keep a side

step 3. heat cooker on the flame ,put 2 table spoon ghee put 2 red chili ,4 clove ,2 bey leaves ,and saute them for few minutes,then put finally chopped onion and saute onion until the onion transparent  switch off the gas
put the onion in mixer grinder and put some finally chopped tomato and grind it well

step 4. heat the cooker add 3-4 table spoon ghee add clove,2 red chili ,2 bey leave ,ginger garlic paste and saute them for few minute . then add the onion ant tomato paste paste cook it for 2 minute then add 1 table spoon meat masala ,red chili powder ,turmeric powder ,and salt according to the taste mix it well then add marinate mutton and mix well cook the cooker . cook it for 15 minute after 3 whistle turn off gas .

step5 . if gravy of mutton is very thick then heat 2 cup of water and put it the mutton and cook it for 20 minute . serve it with roti .or nan with a cute smile :)
