INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BATTER
RAVA        1 CUP
WATER     ½ CUP
SALT         AS TO TASTe







FOR THE STUFFING


CHEESE     1CUPGREEN PEA ½ CUPCAPCICUM   1 CUP (FINALLY CHAPED)
GREEN CHILLI   3-4
ONION         1 (FINALLY CHAPED)
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TEA SPOON
GARUM MASALA 1 TEA SPOON
TURMURIC POWDER 1 TEA SPOON 
BLACK PAPPER POWDER 1 PINCH
PACHFOREN      1 PINC
OIL                    ½  BOWL
RED SOUCE


METHOD

v PUT RAVA IN A BOWL ADD ½ CUP WATER AND SALT AND MIX IT WELL.
v PUT A STEAM COOKER ON THE FLAME WITH THE WATER.
v WHEN THE WATER BOWEING THEN PUT ONE SPOON OF THE BATTER AND SPREAD IT LIKE A PAPER
v LEAVE IT FOR 1 MINUTE AND
v PUT A KADAHI ON THE FLAME
v WHER IT BEACOME  WARM PUT 2 SPOON OF OIL WHEN THE OIL  WARM THEN PUT THE 1 PINCH OF PACHFOREN ,ONION ,GREEN CHILLI,SAUTE IT VERY WELL WHEN IT BECOME GOLDEN BROWN THEN ADD CHEESE,CAPCICUM,GREEN PEA,AND ALL THE SPICIES AND SOLT .
v WHEN IT FINALLY COOKEDTHEN TURN OFF THE FLAME AND ADD FINALLY CHAPED CORIENDER IN THE MIXER MIX IT WELL
v TO MAKE THE ROLL TAKE A RAVA PAPER AND PUT 1 SPOON OF MIXTURE ON THE CENTER OF THE ROLL  AND ROLL IT
v SPREAD OIL BY THE BRUSH ON THE ROLL.
v PUT IT IN THE OVEN AT100 C.
v SERVE IT WITH RED SOUCE
